In United States v. Jobe, --- F.3d ---, No. 18-50204 (9th Cir. 2019), the Court reversed the district court's grant of a suppression motion on the government's appeal.
In short, the Court held that, even assuming the 21-day delay
between the seizure of the laptop pursuant to the state
warrant and the search of the laptop pursuant to the federal
warrant was unreasonable, suppression was not warranted. The agent acted in good faith and his actions were reasonable.
